We currently ship within India only.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on every order across India.
Payment options
You can pay online at checkout, for example by UPI or card, or choose cash on delivery.
Save ₹100 on every item when you pay online
Prepaid orders get ₹100 off every item in the order, so three items save you ₹300. The saving applies to every piece, including discounted items and bundles, and is taken off at checkout when you choose to pay online. Cash on delivery orders are charged the full price.
When your order leaves us
Every piece is packed and checked by hand in our Mumbai workshop, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer.
Tracking
We'll email you when your order ships, with tracking details where available.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, public holidays and weather can occasionally slow things down. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Your address
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we'll make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
