Returns
You can request a return within 4 days of receiving your order. Every item can be returned, including discounted pieces and items bought as part of a bundle.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Return charges
Each return has a return fee of ₹150, plus a restocking fee of 5% of the price you paid for the returned item. Both are deducted from the store credit you receive.
Store credit only
We don't refund returns to your original payment method. Once your return is received and approved, we'll issue store credit for the price you paid for the item, minus the return and restocking fees. You can use the store credit on anything in our store.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@navvanu.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or piece, email us within 4 days of receiving your order. The item must meet the same conditions as a return. Shipping both ways is paid by you: the cost of sending the item back to us and the cost of delivering the new item to you.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. These are our mistakes, so the return fee, restocking fee and shipping charges don't apply, and we'll put it right.
Example
If you return a piece you paid ₹1,200 for, the return fee is ₹150 and the restocking fee is ₹60 (5%), so you receive ₹990 in store credit.
